How do I enter my Kohl's Cash on my Kohls.com purchase?
To use your Kohl’s Cash on Kohls.com, enter the 15 digit coupon number and 4 digit PIN number at checkout and the value of your Kohl’s Cash coupon will be deducted from your order total. Promotion dates are based on Central Time and your Kohl's Cash is only valid during the redemption dates shown on your coupon. Please note that Kohl’s Cash will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts.

Note: There is a maximum of four Kohl's Cash numbers per order.

If you received your Kohl's Cash in-store, your coupon number is located above the bar code on the back of your coupon and your PIN number is located to the right of your bar code.

If you earned your Kohl's Cash online, your coupon number is located beneath the bar code on your coupon and your PIN number is located to the right of your bar code.

How do I use my promo code?

Kohl’s Promo Codes are typically printed in bold-faced, capital letters. Simply enter the code exactly as it appears in the promo code field located on the Preview & Payment page of the checkout process. Then, click apply to see your discount deducted from your order subtotal at the right. Kohl's percent-off discounts cannot be combined.  However, you may use up to 2 promo codes per order if you have a percent-off promo code and a free shipping promo code. To use multiple codes, enter one promo code at a time and then click apply after each.

Be sure to meet all the requirements of the special offer. For example, if the offer indicates you must use your Kohl's Charge, the promo code discount won't be applied if you use any other charge card. Also, if using a free shipping coupon, please remember that your order total must meet the free shipping requirements after all discounts are taken. You'll always find details on the offer.

Remember, you must enter a Kohls.com Promo Code; we cannot accept offers from other retailers and/or websites.


What are price adjustments?

Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later.
If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

  • You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
  • Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
  • You have the original, dated sales receipt.
  • The item is not a Clearance markdown.
  • The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
  • The item is not a current Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
